Tora nodded slightly, her bitterness was still inside though. "That is true, but they could stand on their own if they tried, it not that I dislike what they do, but the fact they remain caged by others. The magic users watch the knowledge, the warriors are the shows of skills, I just dislike people seeing them as dolls, those that lack in both," Tora said, the bitterness was less then before but still evident.
Ling made a loud sound in his sleep, a cross between a growl and a meow. She rubbed his fur slightly, comforting him through his dreams. She was glad she had found him, he gave her a small amount of comfort and companionship. She hoped to show him to her siblings. "Please excuse me if I seem bitter or rude, since my travels I have learned many things and look back at my time at home with a new view," she said, her voice back to the old neutral tone.

"That is true, but they could stand on their own if they tried, it not that I dislike what they do, but the fact they remain caged by others. The magic users watch the knowledge, the warriors are the shows of skills, I just dislike people seeing them as dolls, those that lack in both,"
Now that was a valid point. Those who did nothing were doomed to fall into nothingness. They would be forever obscured by the annals of history, no one would know them after their nor would many care. That was evident to those like that. Jade himself held quite a bit of disdain for people like that, people who refused to stand on their own. It was not something he liked to think of.
"Hmm..that is true, and there is no argument against it. Well, except for maybe the fact that they may not want to be known at all, for that is the inevitable truth for people like that. I pity them really. "
"Please excuse me if I seem bitter or rude, since my travels I have learned many things and look back at my time at home with a new view,"
Ah, so this demeanor was a result of the hardships of traveling alone. He had often wondered if her race had been a cold hearted people, yet she was simply hardened by her travels.
"Hm. Oh, I've seen enough in my life that it doesn't bother me any more, though I'm rarely this polite in my conversations. Honestly, it doesn't bother me. It's understandable."
Mieu snored slightly like one would expect a child to snore. It was soft, and light in pitch. He had to admit, he was thankful Mieu was around. It made it seem less lonely. After all, Mieu was his only constant companion.

A slightly sad look washed over her face. "Tis not that they do not want to be known, I suppose it is they know no better. My people are a proud sort, children are rare and those gifted in magic almost rarer, but for those that have neither Strength, nor speed, nor Magic....life can be cruel," she said softly. It was true that although children where somewhat rare, if they where not gifted in one of the three they where almost doomed to be nothing but a pretty face, a doll to be displayed.
Tora smiled slightly, a slight light in her eyes. "It seems we have much in common, it is few to none that I have met in past. Often more so they find my view of a darker sort, they usually see me as cold," she said softly, she looked up at him. "Tis my brother and sister I hope to find. Hari and Fala, they disappeared shortly after choosing their gods. I was sent to find them, although in this year of travel I have found no clues of them," she said, there was a tinge of sadness in her voice.

Ah, that was a sad fate. In such a case as theirs, children were a dear, dear treasure. They also seemed to be rather harsh. If one was not gifted in anything, they seemed to be little more than a display, something to be shown off. It seemed barbaric to many, yet Jade had been dulled to such things..
"It seems we have much in common, it is few to none that I have met in past. Often more so they find my view of a darker sort, they usually see me as cold. Tis my brother and sister I hope to find. Hari and Fala, they disappeared shortly after choosing their gods. I was sent to find them, although in this year of travel I have found no clues of them,"
He chuckled at that. He could see where they would get that impression, yet he himself did not hold such an opinion. He sighed, she had trusted him enough to open this much, it would only be polite to do the same.

"Heh, I suppose being a Colonel makes one think of the darker side of things.. The ones I look for are the ones that I trust with my life. I was...indirectly responsible for one of their creation. Luke, a man of bright red hair garbed in white clothing, is a replica. Tear is his wife now I suppose. She has hair of a bright green color. Then there's Guy, a man who was scared of women for a good portion of our journey five years ago on my planet. He is a servant of Luke so to speak. Then there's Anise, a girl who served as my partner in guarding a high ranking official in the what I suppose could be considered a church. Then there's Natalia, the princess of what was the kingdom opposing mine. In fact, Luke was the replica of the son of a Duke in that same kingdom. The original was kidnapped and Luke replaced him. Tear came from below the planet... So, now we know who the other is looking for."

Tora listened respectfully, taking into account the descriptions and info he mentioned. His world sounded very interesting, filled with adventure and different type of people. Her world was small in a way, different than any she had seen yet. Wars where very uncommon in her home. "I will keep my eyes and ears out for them," she said with a small smile, when she said ears she wagged them up and down.
"Be warned though, Fala is a bit dark although she mainly uses light and Hari will protect Fala he uses darker types," she said. She only hoped that in the end if he found something out they would meet in time. She would watch for his companions, they sounded like they would stand out so she figured it might not be too hard other then the fact that she had yet to find her siblings she was an ok hunter of sorts.

"I will keep my eyes and ears out for them,"
He hoped she would. He knew that no matter what happened, he would search for her siblings. He was intrigued by them, but he would do it simply out of the same reason he was talking cordially to her now--respect. He nodded thankfully.
"Thank you. I shall do the same. " That was when he remembered something else... "Oh, and if it helps, you might find it interesting to know that Anise carries around a teddy bear like doll. In battle, she enlarges said doll and manipulates it from it's back. Tear, on the other hand, tends to cast spells by singing. "
"Be warned though, Fala is a bit dark although she mainly uses light and Hari will protect Fala he uses darker types,"
He chuckled a bit. The irony was not lost on him. The two seemed opposite in many ways. Fala, who was dark, used light, while Hari, who was light, used dark. That was a twist and something he plainly thought amusing. Still, he nodded toward her and replied.
"I shall keep my guard up, thank you for the warning. Hm... I forgot to introduce myself, didn't I? Hm. My name is Jade Curtiss, though I was sometimes called Jade the Necromancer on my homeworld, for something that happened in my younger days."
He held out his hand, and was customary in introductions. This was a bit late in coming, but regardless, at least he did it.

She nodded respectfully as he gave her battle info, info as such would be highly important she was sure in future. It was always a good idea to get such info so that it made things easier. She heard his chuckle, she was sure that it was due to the irony, the fact that they where pure opposites that existed in peace or they had until they disappeared.
She nodded as he introduced himself. She did a small bow. "Tora Draco Gin, tis a pleasure Jade. This my companion is Ling, a Siberian white tiger cub," she said cordgialy, Necromancers where those that dealt with death magic, so her guess had been atleast somewhat correct. She stood strait, her white/blue hair moving slightly in the small breeze.

. "Tora Draco Gin, tis a pleasure Jade. This my companion is Ling, a Siberian white tiger cub,"
He noticed the cordiality in her greeting. Not that he blamed her, his title--the Necromancer--tended to cause people to distrust him. He was haunted by that incident of so long ago, even now it seemed. He sighed, he supposed he'd better clear things up. He also had better introduce Mieu.
"Tis a pleasure Tora. My companion is Mieu, a Cheagle. He was exiled from his forest when he set a ligers den on fire by accident with that ring around his stomach. He's still young by Cheagle standards."
He was going to stop there, when a thought struck him.
"Hm.. I suppose I also should mention that if you see a silver haired woman with clothes of black and white--though I don't expect she survived--run away immediately."
He spoke the truth, he did not expect Nebilim had survived, however, he didn't want someone he at least respected getting killed due to lack of information. Nebilim was a monster, pure and simple, the failed product of his fomicry. Her appearance hadn't changed, but her personality had become murderous, and her power was on a level that had forced him to seal her away instead of killing her. As he spoke, he was obviously and unusually haunted, before he rebounded a few seconds later.
It was not completely gone, but he wouldn't let his guilt take over him.

Tora giggled slightly as she heard what the Cheagle had done. "A simple mistake Im sure for the little one, magic is a potent thing at times it seems it has a will of its own," she said with another small smile. She never have full emotions because she rarely felt them, the last time had been with her brother and sister.
She tilted her head slightly at his warning. "A strong opponent," her ears perked up slightly. "I cant say I will take the warning to heart, it will depend on whether my will says run or stay. Im slightly impulsive when it comes to those that feel like strong opponents, Im one of the strongest on my planet, a good opponent is hard to find. But I will take your warning and remember it," she said honestly.
"If it seems rude of me I am sorry, habits are hard to break," she said factly.

"A simple mistake Im sure for the little one, magic is a potent thing at times it seems it has a will of its own,"
He noticed her giggle before that, and he smiled slightly in response. He was certain of the same thing, magic did seem to act in strange ways, and he had to admit, the little guy had been useful during their journey. He had little doubt that magic had sent the little guy to them.
"A strong opponent.. I cant say I will take the warning to heart, it will depend on whether my will says run or stay. Im slightly impulsive when it comes to those that feel like strong opponents, Im one of the strongest on my planet, a good opponent is hard to find. But I will take your warning and remember it,"
He sighed, well, it seemed to fit, he had to admit. He also knew what it was like to be the strongest. When he had first met Luke and Tear, his power was so far beyond theirs that it was not even funny. It wasn't until that Largo had used a Fon-Slot seal to seal away his powers that he had been brought down to their level. He shrugs at her response.
"Your choice. If you wish for an opponent, than once I manage to convert my magics back to where I can use them again, I will fight you. "
"If it seems rude of me I am sorry, habits are hard to break."
He shrugged his shoulders in a gesture that meant both that he didn't care, and he didn't mind, he knew how difficult habits were to break. He himself had to break himself of several, after all.
"It would be hypocritical if I said it bothered me." He said simply.

Tora smiled wide. "I will take you on then, lets hope that we are equals, it would be nice to have a good sparring partner rather then the weak males on my home. They can hardly make a challenge for you as you are right now," she said. Her smile quickly faded slightly to a smaller one. She found it odd, she had not smiled like that in a long time. She laughed lightly as he shrugged and said it would be hypocritical.
She nodded slightly. She felt a bit tired, she guessed she had not slept in a good deal of time. She often slept when she found a peaceful place. "Mayhap someday you could visit my home, travelers are rare but it is a nice peaceful planet. Very...natural I guess," she said, her voice returning to its original tunes slightly. It still held a bit of sadness and amusement though.

He noticed her wide smile and his smirk returned slightly. When she had said the last thing though, he was in a state of disbelief. They were weaker than he was now? That seemed almost impossible, or at least to him. He considered himself rather pathetic at the moment.
"Are they really that pathetic?" His surprise was evident in his voice. It was difficult for him to believe, he was certain that if Luke, Natalia, or Guy were here they would find it amusing.. Regardless, he schooled his features once again.
"Mayhap someday you could visit my home, travelers are rare but it is a nice peaceful planet. Very...natural I guess,"
His response was another chuckle. He nodded slightly, he would probably be taking her up on that offer later. It sounded like a nice place to relax sometime.
"Hm, perhaps I'll take you up on that later. If, when we part, you wish to find me, I think I'll tend to return to Radiant Garden between planets. My planet is gone, though if it comes back you will be welcome to visit it."
It was late, and he himself was getting tired. He usually slept when he got to a place that he knew without a doubt that he was safe. Perhaps it was from his military years, but he was paranoid of where he slept. He did not want to find himself murdered in the middle of the night after all.

She could hear his surprise, with a small smile she said, "Last I knew yes, our battle forms and everything else is rarely used so it is mostly for show, though there are few that enter the tournaments that have actual talent. Thats why they sent me and not one of the many other warriors." She caught his chuckle at her offer as well as his slow nod.
She stored where he usually visited into her brain. "I have not visited my home since I left, I do not see a reason to until I find them. If I seek you out I will try to make it their, though unfortunately I have a knack for getting lost so I dont know if I will actually make it there," she said. The last bit had a small almost apologetic smile. "I would assume at this point we should part ways, take heed from the little ones and sleep, a good one would help to keep a warrior on their feet," she said.

"Last I knew yes, our battle forms and everything else is rarely used so it is mostly for show, though there are few that enter the tournaments that have actual talent. Thats why they sent me and not one of the many other warriors."
Jade nodded slowly. That made sense, he supposed. "Perhaps when I visit I shall join in one of the tournaments." His voice was honest, at least. He would probably have fun in a tournament, at least, once in a while. The last time he fought in the tournament, he and his three allies had to fight and defeat a group of four warriors. Two of them were healers, one was an archer, and the other was a swordsman who could revive all his allies with one technique. Were it not for his Indignation, he would have lost, badly. As it was, he was the only one conscious when he had won.
I have not visited my home since I left, I do not see a reason to until I find them. If I seek you out I will try to make it their, though unfortunately I have a knack for getting lost so I dont know if I will actually make it there. I would assume at this point we should part ways, take heed from the little ones and sleep, a good one would help to keep a warrior on their feet,"
He chuckled slightly , though he supposed she was right. He sighed, slightly. He couldn't fall asleep, not now, not when he was so vulnerable. At the same time, he would not have the concentration to form his spear should he be attacked. Keeping that in mind, he held his hands out in a circle and extended them. A shaft of light followed his hands, and when he grabbed it, the shaft formed into a spear, which he held at the ready.
"Indeed, I suppose it is at a point where we should be parting ways. Until I know for a fact that I cannot be attacked, I will stay awake, call it paranoia."He bowed as a form of courtesy, before he pivoted on his foot and walked in the opposite direction of where he had been. Over his shoulder he shot a parting comment.
"I look forward to meeting once more, Tora." With those words, he began to walk....

Tora smiled slightly as he said he might join one of the tournaments. She figured that would be somewhat interesting, most likely it would end up with a fight between him and herself. She had gotten stronger since she had left, that much she knew. They had several different ones. She had joined them to bring some honor to her family as well as to prove she was not going to be a caged bird or controlled. Her will was her own.
She watched him form his weapon using a sort of magic, or so she assumed. The Dragon Heart Blade could never be summoned like that so it was usually left out and about, then again she had seen few people who could lift anything as heavy as it. "Paranoia is good it keeps those with wit alive most the time," she said as he bowed. She saluted slightly as he pivoted and took a turn herself. She took a curious look over her shoulder as he said the parting comment. She said with a smile, "As do I Colonel Jade Curtiss."
