Adopting a character is simple. If you no longer wish to have your character, just post up its final profile here in Character Adoption. Keep an eye on it though if it is an original character because you decide who takes it up. Canon characters are decided by the RP teachers, World Mods, Site Mods, or Matriarch. If you wish to adopt a character, post an RP sample in the thread and wait for someone to look at it. If it has been a week, then PM the appropriate person (OC: the creator of the thread. CC: A World Mod, Site Mod, RP Teacher, or Me).
Once you post up the character, you no longer have any ties to that character and you are free for one more character.
