Character Description

Appearance: Megumi has long light brown hair that is usually worn straight down with one line in the front decorated with beads. She is usually always smiling with her gentle skinny lips. Her eyes are big and brown. They always look like she is about to cry or something exciting is about to happen. She has a small noise and normal sized ears.
She is a skinny little girl who is at 4'5 and weight 70 lbs. She is always wearing the traditional robes that healers wear and that her teacher gave her on her birthday. Her robes go from her shoulders all the way down to her ankles. They are easy to walk around in and are loose fitting. There is a hood that covers her face(like that of organization 13) but she usually never wears it. The sleeves of the robes are very loose on her. They go down to her wrist. The whole robes are the colors of white and red. They are mostly white as the out lining of them are red. The cuffs of the sleeves are also red.
Under the robe she wears white silk pants that are very flexible and goes down to almost as fair as the robes. For foot wear she wears white strap on sandals.
Personality: Megumi is a quite girl most of the time; rarely being talkative to anyone except those treasured few she calls friends. Despite being deemed “strange” by many people Megumi is confident in whom she is, and won’t change herself for anyone. She is kind and generous with a good sense of right and wrong. Megumi is a firm believer that respect and trust are not given but earned.
Intelligent is also something that describes the girl well. She’s very well read, often finding her sanctuary among her collection of books. She enjoys using a large vocabulary and strange phrases to attempt to baffle whomever she is speaking to. Anyone who is able to keep up with her she holds in high respect.
She prides herself on her acting, being able to give off the air of being sweet, innocent, and maidenly. Something important to her training in the art of secrecy and disguise; it is only when she finds someone she can trust that she will let down her guard and reveal her more talkative self.

Key Family Members: Takius Anumi: Takius is the father Megumi and also a great master of magic. He is around the age of 50 and has been classified as missing from the world of Spira.
Personal History: Megumi's history today is not that long, then again it isn't that short. Megumi was born midday 10 years ago. She was born on Bikanel Island unexpected. Why was has born on the Al Bhed homeland. The answer was simple. She was the daughter of a summoner on a pilgrimage and a mother how loved to travel. They knew they were having a baby but that would not stop them from traveling to there goals in life. When she was born they decided they had to do what was best for Megumi.
The plain was for her father to continue his journey as a summoner and for mother to stay behind and raise Megumi. Megumi always was a shy child and didn't talk much because most of the other children talked in the AL Bhed language. Megumi being a smart kid picked up the language quickly. Even though she could talk it she barely used it. On her 5th birthday there was a knock on the door. When her mother opened it, it was her father. He had aged through his travels but was happy to see his daughter. His gift to her was to teach her the art of healing and summoning.
Her training was taken over the course of five years. The training made her family isolated from everyone else on the island. One reason was because some of the people thought that the pilgrimage was not needed to save the world sin also because the training took much time and concentration. Once the training had been complete Megumi was now 10 years of age. Her father went out for the night to get a boat ready to leave for the main land so Megumi could go to her first temple. Sadly the next morning her father never returned. Megumi went out searching for him and got lost in the dessert.

[/u][/size][/right]Magic: Cure: The first in the healing line of spells. It is said to heal others and yourself by small amounts. It is also said to damage the undead.
Paralyze: Megumi can use the white mage spell to constrict a part of the body. It is very weak and can be easily broken.
Protect: Has the ability to summon a shield of magical energy to protect someone. It is a weak shield as the first in its line and therefore easily broken.

A master of the white arts the little sea green bunny is held in a red ruby until he is needed. His powers give him the ability to heal, defend and his final ability gives him the power to shower meteors on the area. His gift to the summoner mainly is to guild them to the temples.
Abilities: Summoning: Some say you can learn this ability but the truth is you are born with it. The gift of summoning comes when you are first born and is with you even after death. It gives the user the ability to summon mythical animals or people from other places in time or in space.
Weapons: Megumi has a special staff that her father used once a time. The staff is made of metal and is light blue in color. It is about the same height as her and at the top of it is a metal circle with many little circles in it. It also has little rings attached on to it that hang at the bottom of the outer circle.

RP Sample: Megumi was about the leave the temple on the day before her birthday after admitting that she had failed to find her father. She said "Father... I promise I will find you one day...." As she opened the big earth doors of the temple a gust of wind blew in knocking her on her back. When she got up she turned around to notice a door at the top of some steps opened up. Megumi had never really noticed this door before so before she left she decided to go check it out. When she entered the room she noticed that she was not in a room but a maze of some sort. As she turned around to leave the door had swung shut and her stuck in.
With this Megumi sighed as she decided that she just had to move forward. After spending many hours of walking through the maze and solving strange puzzles she had reached a strange chamber. Before she could open the door it opened for her. She slowly walked into the room. The room was completely made of earth and sand. Megumi was amazed by the room and noticed one thing in the tiny room. A little kneeler and in front of it a shrine to a man of the Al Bhed race who was most likely a warrior. Megumi thought it would be best to pray to this man for help in finding her father.
Megumi slowly kneeled down and started to say prayers to the man. After an hour or two of praying a spirit appeared in front of her. She was shocked as she noticed the spirit was in the form of the man in the shrine. He then spoke in a deep voice " Do not be afraid young one; I am the faith of the summoning in the temple." Megumi smiled as she tried to keep respect for the man as she said " Thank you for answering my prayers sir. I ask for your strength in defeating sin and finding my father." The man smiled as she said to her "Child, I need to ask you before I grant you my strength. Why do you want to defeat sin?" Megumi stood up slowly and said "To free my father from the job of completing his pilgrimage and to save Spira!" The warrior put his hand on her shoulder as he said " Megumi, you may use my power as we are one in the same. I wanted to protect Spira at a time. Sadly Spira is not your calling. Do not ask questions, you will find out soon enough. Before you can have my power you must sleep here tonight and start out tomorrow."
Megumi slowly nodded to him as she continued to pray. Through the course of her praying to the faith and to him she fell asleep. That night she had a dream of her traveling through space. Her dream was cut short as she awoke in a strange place. She was no longer in the temple, she was some were much darker. As she stood up off the ground she noticed she was in an ally way. She thought to her self ' am I in Luca? No Luca doesn't look like this at all. I should keep my wits about me for now...' with this she started to walk out of the ally way and into the new world.
