When rules are broken, a warning shall be placed on the account of the person who breaks the rules. The following describes the warning system. There are 2 separate warning systems. 1 for the site, 1 for the c-box. Please read through both.
Verbal Warning - Simple warning that lasts only a day. All that must be done is telling the person they have broken a rule and that they have received a verbal warning. Multiple verbal warnings might be able to be given depending on the situation. After a person has been here for a month, the verbal warning is skipped unless it is a extremely minor infraction.
25% Warning - This comes after a verbal warning. In the event that problems persist, the warning is increased to a 25% warning. Go into the person's profile, click modify profile, and edit their warning from 0 to 25. This warning lasts a week. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
50% Warning - This comes after a 25% warning. In the event that problems persist, the warning is increased to a 50% warning. Go into the person's profile, click modify profile, and edit their warning from 25 to 50. This warning lasts 2 weeks. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
75% Warning - This comes after a 50% warning. In the event that problems persist, the warning is increased to a 75% warning. Go into the person's profile, click modify profile, and edit their warning from 50 to 75. This warning lasts 3 weeks. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
100% Warning - This comes after a 75% warning. In the event that problems persist, the warning is increased to a 100% warning. Go into the person's profile, click modify profile, and edit their warning from 75 to 100. This warning lasts a month. Anyone who reaches this will be unable to receive any keyblades, summons, make worlds, become staff, or create a major plot character until a month after the warning is gone. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
3 Day ban - This comes after a 100% warning. If the problem continues after the 100% warning, this 3 day long ban is put into place to get the member away from the site and c-box for a few days. The time period for the 100% warning resets as well. Warning of this ban will be given when the member is given a 75% warning. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
1 week ban - This comes after a 1 day ban while the user still has a 100% Warning. Further persistance in the problem area will result in a 1 week ban from the site and c-box. The time period for the 100% warning resets as well. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
Temporary Ban - This comes after a 1 week ban while the user still has a 100%. With this ban, the user is banned for an undetermined amount of time. An e-mail will be sent to them after the ban is lifted, but it will not be lifted until at least a month after the ban was put into place. The time period for the 100% warning resets as well. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
Permanent Ban - This comes after a temporary ban while the user still has a 100%. With this ban, the user is banned forever and all accounts are deleted. Obviously one who reached this point no longer deserves to remain on the site. Other warnings may be bypassed to go straight here depending on the situation.
